We offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee for returns and/or exchanges. Returned items must be in new and sellable condition with original packaging materials and documentation for a full refund.

Items that have been altered (includes ring sizing), missing stones, or damaged are considered non-refundable.

International Sales – Buyer is responsible for all taxes and shipping costs associated with the transaction, including Import Duties & Customs fees. All sales are final; no return option is available for international orders.

We carefully inspect each item for quality assurance before shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, then we suggest you contact the shipping company and file a claim.

Instructions for Returns & Exchanges for Domestic (USA) Only

  1. Please contact us at lorenayoungjewelry@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 
  2. Once approved, go to USPS.com and purchase and print out a shipping label for the return or exchange. Package the item with care to avoid any damage during transit. Drop off the package at your local post office with the shipping label attached.
  3. Once the item is received and meets our return or exchange policy, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds normally take 5-7 business days to post to your account depending upon your bank.
